Since 1990, Don Mulholland has consistently achieved sales in the top tier of his Company, is a past member of the executive committee at Bosley Real Estate, and has consistently been Bosley’s top commercial agent.

Don earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2002. CCIM’s are recognized throughout the global Real Estate community as having reached an exceptional level of knowledge and experience in their profession. In order to obtain the CCIM designation, candidates are required to submit a detailed resume of experience, evidence that they have attained sales volumes in the top 5% percentile of their profession, complete 4 graduate level courses and pass an 8 hour comprehensive examination. CCIM’s offer expertise in such issues as the time value of money, measuring investment performance, analyzing the best use of a site, property supply and demand, evaluating and managing risk, lease vs. own analysis, market demographics, negotiation, tax implications and financing options.

Mr. Mulholland continues his involvement with the University of Toronto, by taking a fully accredited course in Urban Studies every year. Participating at U of T allows Don access to the latest news affecting urban development trends in Toronto.

With over 11 years’ experience as commercial investment sales and leasing specialist, Stephanie is well-positioned and skilled to assist buyers and businesses with their investment, divestment and expansion needs. A first career as an entrepreneur, owning and operating a Canadian Tire retail store, ensures Stephanie has a keen awareness of business promotion and growth strategies to help customers achieve their vision. Stephanie stays ahead of market trends with ongoing education.

Her masters education in sustainable land use planning provides an excellent foundation for her to help customers with their ESG (environmental, social and governance) commercial real estate objectives. Stephanie achieved her CCIM designation in 2018 which is conferred upon commercial real estate leaders who have a proven record of success in the field and have demonstrated a mastery of financial, market and investment analysis.
